• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation

4. AI-Powered Features and Kits

The Service includes AI-powered features, including our assistant Kits and pet matching recommendations. These features use artificial intelligence to provide information and suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional veterinary, medical, or legal advice. You should independently verify any information before making decisions based on AI outputs. Wags is not liable for any actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations.

5. Pet Listings and Third-Party Content

The Service displays pet listings and information from third-party sources, including breeders, shelters, and rescue organizations. Wags does not own, breed, sell, or have custody of any animals listed on the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. All transactions and interactions between you and pet providers are solely between you and those providers. Wags is not a party to any adoption, purchase, or rehoming transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of wags, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You may submit content to the Service, including quiz responses, messages, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant Wags a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WAGS, INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless wags, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any content you submit to the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time.
